The FRAG Center is looking to open up the rear 1/4 of the store for an outside complimentary business to sublease the space from us inside the store.
We are looking for a business model that will offer services that compliment our own line up of goods and services.
The package will include:
- Footage inside the store with direct access to the higher traffice rear Albert street entrance and rear picture window.
- Electric will be covered*
- A/C will be covered
- Triple nets will be covered
- Internal security system/alarm system via ADT will be covered.
- Highspeed internet will be covered.
- Store kiosk system will be covered*
